
Every day the stress makes us his victims. Did you know that daily stress is as powerful as a major bad news? Well, it’s true and that’s why from now on you must take care of yourself.
As any other “treatment”, you must make some steps in order to be free from stress.
1.Try to banish it
If you don’t think you can do it, then don’t. Find a better time for it or simply make it banish.
If you can post-pone it then don’t be afraid to do it. Your health is more important.
Get help. If you don’t know something, it’s better to ask someone and understand it in a couple of minutes, than to look for an answer for hours.
Just do it. If you don’t have a choice, just get to work to finish it faster.
2.Find the cause
Find about what you are stressed.
Talk to a friend about it and find a solution.
3.Stay away from it
If you can’t handle a situation , like a fight for example step away for some minutes. Calm your self, think about it and solve it.

4.Breathe
Calm yourself by breathing. It will help you think more clearer.
5.Free yourself
Make some exercise if you see that it can’t pass. Keep your cool.
6. If it still didn’t pass
Think about something funny or nice. Keep your thoughts away from that problem and relax a little. You’ll find afterwards the solution.
