One of the relaxing activities which doesn’t need too much of an effort is walking.

First of all, you breathe the clear air, which will clear your mind.

Secondly, you move, which helps your circulation and your muscles.

Another very important motive is that it’s the perfect opportunity to make some order in your thoughts.

Also, you can open your eyes to what was around you day by day, but you were to busy to notice. You can discover many new and beautiful things that were around you, although they were there for a long time.

You must take time for yourself and relax!
